Kareena is looking stunning in her new slim, lean and sexy avatar, as she has lost oodles of weight.

The secret of this new look is power yoga and a special diet that Kareena has been following rigorously since the last couple of months and the results are showing now.

Kareena agrees that that yoga and special diet has done wonders to her health.

Meanwhile, Kareena has been signed on as brand ambassador of Head and Shoulders shampoo. Apart from the usual commercial ad, she will also be seen in a music video made specially to promote the product in a unique manner.

About the music video, Kareena said, “This is a novel concept. I’ve seen the music video and it has been shot and edited really well. It was wonderful shooting with Sivan.”
