Child star Darsheel Safary of Taare Zameen Par fame is still basking in the glory of his debut film. The actor with a mischievous smile who won praises from one and all for his sensitive portrayal was the centre of attraction as he launched ASUS’ Eee PC last week.

The child actor was present at the press launch  as well as a meet-n -greet organized at a leading retail store Croma on Saturday last week. Ms. Mamta Bhatia, Corporate Communications Manager for ASUS spoke about why they decided on Darsheel, “Darsheel himself used one of these PC’s and was very happy. Moreover the target audience we are aiming at matches his profile.” It sure must be as not only kids but even mommas and papas turned up in large numbers to get a dekko of the boy wonder. The first 100 buyers not only got some value added products like a Free Pen Drive and Free Internet connection but also got a chance to click some photos with Darsheel ‘Ishaan’ Safary.
