Aaja Nachle : Why Madhuri Dixit comeback after six year in bollywood?
Bollywood’s dancing queen Madhuri Dixit, who returns to the screen after a six-year break, says her comeback was prompted by the script of her new movie which is uncannily similar to her life.
Directed by Anil Mehta, “Aaja Nachle”, narrates the story of a passionate dancer who makes it big as a choreographer and then moves to the United States.
She returns to India after hearing that her dance guru is dying and when he passes away, she devotes herself to saving a theatre where she learnt dancing as a child.
“The thing that attracted me to ‘Aaja Nachle’ was its script,” Dixit told Reuters in Mumbai.
Dixit has been living in the United States with her husband and children since quitting Bollywood in 2002.
