A source says, “Lisa Lazarus could not get the dance steps right for a song which she was shooting with Salman. During one of her attempts, she fell flat on her face. Before she could get up, Salman rushed by her side and gave her a helping hand.”

Even if it’s his lady love Katrina Kaif’s rumoured eye-candy Akshay Kumar, Sallu is not leaving any stone unturned to get some super ‘Khiladi’ support for the Khan Vs Khan ‘karmayudh’.

The actor is all set to cash on on his small screen avatar in ‘Dus Ka Dum’ to get some big help to continue his dirty sloppy war against SRK.

And doing just that, the host of the show is playing a ‘dost’ to actor Akshay Kumar as he has asked the latter to come and play the big bucks show with Katrina Kaif as a promotion for their upcoming flick, ‘Singh Is Kinng’.

Though the dates are yet to be finalised, it has been said that the show will be telecast much before the release of the film.

There’s a kidnapping scene in Singh is Kinng where Akshay Kumar and his gang cover their face with masks to hide their identity. In this particular scene the gang wears the masks of Bollywood superstars including all the above mentioned names. Apparently it happens to be one of the most hilarious scenes from the film. It is heard that the scene is so funny that not just the Indian team but even the Aussie crew almost fell down laughing, though they had no clue about the language.

The two superstars were caught in a war of words on the July 16 party that Salman threw for current girlfriend Katrina, which later turned ugly.

Salman was reportedly instigating Shah Rukh from the beginning of the party by speaking about their reality shows – “Dus Ka Dum” and “Kya aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain?” respectively. Salman claimed that his show “Dus Ka Dum” had garnered more TRPs than Shah Rukh’s, said sources.

Salman scoffed at Shah Rukh by saying that in spite of being a super star he could not make his show a hit.

Shah Rukh initially did not pay any heed to Salman’s comments. The final blow came when Shah Rukh made a comment on Salman’s ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai, inviting a furious retaliation from Salman.

The two Khans reportedly got into a verbal duel after downing a couple of drinks at Salman’s girlfriend, actor Katrina Kaif’s birthday bash at Mumbai’s popular nightspot Olive.

Eyewitnesses are not sure about the reason of the fight. Some say Salman asked Shah Rukh to make a special appearance in his forthcoming film Mr and Mrs Khanna.

Shah Rukh reportedly turned down the offer, upsetting Salman. The party was disrupted, as arguments grew louder.

Shah Rukh’s wife Gauri, Katrina and even actor Aamir Khan – all present at the party – intervened to calm them down later.

Aamir Khan tried his best to resolve the dispute that arose between Salman and Shah Rukh on Katrina’s birthday party, the two are not in a mood for compromise as both have got the support from their well wishers in the industry.

As the deejay turned up the volume for the title track of Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Salman proposed to Katrina on bended knee.

“She didn’t know how to react with Salman’s gesture,” said a source, who was present in the party.

Salman seemed to want to fulfill the wishes of his contestants on Sony Entertainment Television’s 10 Ka Dum as well, as many of them have suggested that he get married.

‘I really respect their love for me but why is everyone concerned about a very individual choice? It is a personal choice,’ Salman wrote on his blog, adding, ‘There is a saying, ‘Shaadi woh laddoo hai joh khaye woh bhi pachtaye jo naa khaye woh bhi pachtaye. And I don’t like sweets, so it does not concern me.’

But one of the noted absentees was Akshay Kumar who did not make it to the party even though Salman had sent him a hand written invitation. It is well known in the industry that Sallu is not too fond of Akki for his closeness to Katrina. Akshay and Katrina will soon be seen in their third movie Singh Is Kinng.

Salman has personally taken efforts to revive his shelved project London Dreams which was originally supposed to be directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi. The film which is based on the desi music scene of UK will now be made at a larger scale than originally planned and is to be directed by Vipul Shah who’s last film Namastey London was a runaway hit. Not surprisingly, Salman is set to play the pivotal role in the film, which is now being made at a staggering budget of 65 crores. More than 75 per cent of the film will be shot in London and is touted to have a huge appeal for the desi population there.

Salman is very excited about the project and we would be making the film at a much larger scale now. As for the heroine, she is yet to be finalised. The film is set in the desi milieu of London. The music scene over there is very vibrant and you have some very talented artists like Rishi Rich, Juggy D, Bally Sagoo, and various other bands making some very distinct music.

Aamir along with his nephew Imran Khan recently shot for an episode of ‘10 Ka Dum’ at a Mumbai studio. According to reports, the episode will be aired in July to coincide with the July 4th release date of Aamir Khan Production`s next ‘Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na’. This will be Aamir’s third TV appearance, the first one being on Amitabh Bachchan`s ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ and then more recently on ‘Little Champs’.

Previously there had been reports that the song `Pappu Can`t Dance` in ‘Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na’ is based on the bachelor life of Salman Khan. Aamir had vehemently denied the report. Now, wouldn`t it be fun if Salman actually dances to Pappu… and Aamir and Imran follow suit?

Aamir is believed to be going out his way to promote his nephew’s debut movie. The actor is not leaving any stone unturned to make his production a success.

A few months ago, Priyanka refused to act in Salman Khan’s home production Main Aur Mrs Khanna. This lead to Salman bad mouthing and misbehaving towards her on the sets of God Tussi Great Ho. Keeping quite then, Priyanka has waited for the right time to hit back.

When she was asked to appear on Dus Ka Dum, she refused and instead sent her boyfriend and Love Story 2050 co-star Harman Baweja. Harman will now be seen on the show on his own, while Priyanka, to add salt to Salman’s wounds, will appear alongside Shah Rukh Khan on Paanchvi Paas.

A source says, “She happily agreed to be part of Shah Rukh’s show with Harman. Considering the fact that her film with Salman, God Tussi Great Ho will release in July, she could have combined the promotions of both her films by appearing on Salman’s show and killed two birds with one stone. However, Priyanka chose not to give in to external pressures this time and preferred to honour her conscience instead.”
